Going to attempt to write a bit more cohesively.
Yesterday was the first Monday of the year.
Kinda like a buck up and get yo shit together day.
Of course I cruised it.
Needed a mental health day so to speak.
I did well enough though.
Some of the topics I consumed were geared toward restructuring and reprogramming your thought processes and what not.
Some of the key take aways were:
If youre trying to break a bad habit, you have to replace it with a new one. The example they used was dont think about the pink elephant in the room… You just have to do something else by building a new neural pathway.
The other video talked about isolating yourself to get in touch with your subconscious (though they called it unconscious) it becomes alive, becomes your partner, support the unconscious she said. Wise words. You can not listen while around others, was the overall gist.
