The path to becoming a writer is often a winding one, filled with questions and uncertainties. When does one truly earn the title of being a “Writer”? Is it upon publishing a book, physical or ebook? Or perhaps it’s the moment when one’s words grace the pages of a blog, newsletter, or article. Maybe, it’s the first time someone values your words enough to pay for them.
So, when do you get to proudly proclaim, “I am a writer,” when queried by curious souls?
For me, being a writer transcends mere publication milestones. It’s about consistency, about the rhythm of words flowing effortlessly from mind to page. It’s a daily ritual, an integral part of life where the act of writing becomes as natural as breathing. It’s when your fingers dance across the keyboard, guided by an innate urge to express the thoughts swirling within your existential being.
